Bad email management

What happened: when we set up our temporary email address we agreed that it would be forwarded to Johnny’s email address and he’d reply to all the emails. We just discovered that the forwarding wasn’t set up so over 40 people emailed us but never got a response.

What we’ve changed today we’ve replied to everyone and apologised. We’ve also given everyone who emailed about an application an extension to allow them a little more time to apply. We have also set up email forwarding now so people should get a quick reply in future. Sorry!
